Buyers also affirm that they have checked local, state, and other applicable laws as to the legality of possession of said weapon. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE KEENER EDGE ltd., ITS AFFILIATED ENTITIES OR THE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES OF EACH OF THEM BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON OR THROUGH THIS SITE. If a sword purchaser should attempt cutting traditional mat targets (or any other object) he/she should seek professional instruction and supervision and take proper safety precautions. Purchaser should not, under any circumstances, handle a sword without first seeking proper safety training. IMPORTANT! Before you destroy the shipping container and packing material or use the item, note the following: It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect for and report any visible damage to the shipping container to the carrier at the time of delivery! It is the buyer's responsibility to notify THE KEENER EDGE ltd. at the time of delivery of damaged goods, shortages, overages, or incorrect items! WARRANTY RETURNS All THE KEENER EDGE ltd. products are warranted for 30 days, unless indicated otherwise, against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. THE KEENER EDGE ltd. reserves the right to reject any claim it deems to have been damaged through misuse. RETURN PROCEDURE E-mail us at returns@thekeeneredge.com for return authorization. After you receive your authorization number, the item including original box and all accessories, should be packed in its original delivery container if possible, or in a manner to prevent damage (air bubbles, bubble wrap etc.) and in a proper sized sturdy carton. A copy of your packing list or invoice (receipt) must be enclosed and a letter describing the reason for the return and indicate whether replacement, exchange, or credit is desired. All Cartons MUST have the return authorization number printed on outside of container or they will be rejected. Upon receipt of item we will examine item for misuse or manufacturing defect. If we determine product was damaged through misuse, we will return item and bill for shipping. Most returns processed within 3 business days of receipt. |
