SHIPPING & RETURNS

FOR ITEMS IN STOCK FROM OUR LOCATION

These orders will usually ship within 24 hours.  Midwest orders may take one to three
days to arrive.  East coast orders run from three to four days.  The south will take
four to five days. In the far west it may be seven or eight days.

ITEM NOT ON HAND

To check on the availability of a product before ordering, send an inquiry to
info@thekeeneredge.com .  This will eliminate having to go through a refund process
if the item is unavailble.

If the item has to be ordered from our suppliers, it usually takes three to seven days
to process and reach us, depending on the supplier's location.  We then immediately
ship the item to the customer by USPS Parcel Post or Priority Parcel Post except in
rare cases where size or weight requires and alternate method.  In this situation we
recommend adding up to seven days to the shipping time estimates for items in stock.  
However, we find that most customers receive their items in ten days or less. The
customer will be advised of the progress of the order during the waiting period.

WE DO NOT "MAKE UP FOR LOW PRICES" BY GOUGING OUR CUSTOMERS
FOR SHIPPING OR HANDLING COSTS!  MANY  OF OUR PRODUCTS (SWORDS
AND RESIN CAST ITEMS) ARE HEAVY AND COST MORE TO SHIP.  IF THE
ACTUAL SHIPPING COST IS MORE THAN $1.00 LESS THAN WE CHARGED YOU,
WE WILL REFUND THE DIFFERENCE TO YOU.  FAIR ENOUGH?

REFUND

If, for any reason, we are unable to ship a product, a full refund will be granted.

Orders may take longer depending on UPS or USPS Parcel Post traffic load.
RETURNS  (PRIOR  TO USE OF THE ITEM)
Before your destroy the shipping container, packing material, or use
the item, please note the following:

It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect for and report any visible damage to
the shipping container to the carrier at the time of delivery!  

It is the buyer's responsibility to notify THE KEENER EDGE at the time of
delivery of damaged goods, shortages, overages, or incorrect items!

WARRANTY RETURNS

All THE KEENER EDGE products are warranted for 30 days, unless indicated
otherwise, against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials.  
THE KEENER EDGE reserves the right to reject any claim it deems to have
been damaged through misuse.

RETURN PROCEDURE

E-mail us at returns@thekeeneredge.com for return authorization.

After you receive your authorization number, the item including original box
and all accessories, should be packed in its original delivery container if
possible, or in a manner to prevent damage (air bubbles bubble wrap etc.)
and in a proper sized sturdy carton.  A copy of your packing list or invoice
(receipt) must be enclosed and a letter describing the reason for the return
and indicate whether replacement, exchange, or credit is desired.

All Cartons MUST have the return authorization number printed on outside of
container or they will be rejected.  Upon receipt of item we will examine item
for misuse or manufacturing defect.  If we determine product was damaged
through misuse, we will return item and bill for shipping.

Most returns processed within 3 business days of receipt.


Most swords we sell unless listed as "battle ready" are meant for
display only, not combat!  Swords, even when false edged
(unsharpened), are weapons and are capable of causing injury by
their sheer mass !
