The packing was impressive and it took some time to cut through all the tape and bubble wrap.Now I just need to save for a blade with bo-hi for every day practice when I am ready to practice with a live blade instead of my iaito. Rich and the team at Keener Edge were extremely professional in assisting me. As an overseas customer, after-sales support was very important. I purchased a high-end katana which was shipped to me only to arrive with a crack in the saya (despite serious precautions to protect it in transit, somehow during the air-transit it must have been dropped). Rich and the team worked with me and the supplier to try and source a suitable replacement that fitted properly. I'm happy to say this story finished positively and I now have said katana with a saya that fits perfectly! I would definitely recommend the Keener Edge to any person.
