I wrote to 9 different companies for help, and heard from only one other besides you. He simply stated "We don't have that. Sorry". Even the company I purchased some of my swords from, blew me off like a bad habit. (Now that they have my money, that is). I have several swords; only STING has a scabbard. I was searching for one for the sword, Hadhafang, as well. I have some really good leads, thanks to your efforts, Richard. And I know where I am going to get my next addition to our collection. Thanks for the quick response. I haven't ordered much over the Internet and doing so makes me nervous, especially a site with no "physical" address or phone number and outrageously low prices. But your reasonable explanation and quick response along with your generous offer did much to make me more comfortable and feel like i'm dealing with a company with old fashioned values. The Linder knife seems like a perfect using knife for camping/hiking while at the same time being high quality and what I feel to be perfect using form...and this coming from someone who has long collected Randall's and Chris Reeve knives along with other handmade's. But I wanted a good quality knife for my son to carry when outdoors as a Christmas present so getting it before then is my major concern. If this order goes well you can bet I'll be ordering from you again and telling friends at shows I attend and forums I'm a member of. Thanks. Carl

I picked the sword up from the post office this morning and let me tell you...WOW! I am very impressed, Cold Steel makes a fantastic product. Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service! And thank you for the polishing cloth you included in the package, I'm sure the future wife will find something to use it on. Btw, what would you recommend i use to polish the sword with?
